Shuttle between the Cleveland clinic and hotel was timely and appreciated. Though there was a coffee maker in the room, it only had decaf coffee for the keurig.

Indoor access to Clinic

We booked two separate suites one for us and one for my parents for our son's graduation. The two queen bed suites were perfect for us. Very roomy and clean. Our suite was on the 7th floor and although the same layout as my parents on the 5th floor our room on the 7th was updated in terms of aesthetic. Both were clean but ours was nicer. But this did not diminish the stay at all. With it being a graduation weekend where all hotels were packed, the staff were incredibly helpful. The valet parking was flawless despite all the comings and goings. The parking staff did a fantastic job. Overall would highly recommend.
