Flights Review

Mar 2, 2020

When the flight was delayed at lunch, sandwiches and drinks were provided. Much appreciated.

Feb 22, 2020

Could not check in online...had to physically make an extra trip to the airport the day before just to check in

Feb 21, 2020

The flight was delayed and the crew had to struggle through a baggage compartment malfunction and another delay after that to de-ice the plane . They were following regulations I’m sure, but they did not appear overly stressed having to deal with these circumstances.

Feb 17, 2020

Yes! INCLUDE A CHECKED BAG AND SEAT SELECTION IN THE PRICING! I feel used by the absolute rock-bottom-get-nothing price, with fees for EVERYTHING!

I wish the planes from CAK were as nice as our flight from Charlotte to Florida. Seats were uncomfortable and pilot flew like a novice. Lots of ill passengers by the time we landed
