Absolutely perfect stay. You feel like you’re staying with a family. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a welcome gift of handmade soaps and them a departure gift of fresh ground coffee. The hotel was so wonderful and the staff were the best part.

The staff was great upon my arrival. Everyone was very pleasant and willing to assist to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was fresh and on my last due to my early flight the staff made breakfast to go for. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

The interior courtyard is beautiful and we enjoyed eating our complimentary continental breakfast there every morning. We also took advantage of the full breakfast for purchase and it was worth it. The beds were comfy and there's A/C. NaNa Vida went above and beyond, offering welcoming and departing gifts and having a "candy bar" available for the kids. I also had a massage on site. It was easy to book and really a wonderful experience. The only issue we had was difficulty with our hot water, but the staff was incredibly responsive each time, and we felt well cared for.
