Each time we’ve stayed here we stayed in Junior Sweats and they’re perfect for family size stays. The room spacious, two beds, couch, tv, coffee pot, great AC, big bathroom, great beds, just overall spacious and clean. The staff is excellent. Safe and quiet. Walking distance of the center. Loved and would highly recommend.

We arrived on a Sunday for check in, everyone from the check in person to the gentleman who carried our luggage was in a terrible mood. Room was ok, great big window overlooking pool, which we really liked. No balcony furniture. our patio light was out and we called it in- but no one ever showed up. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool bar area to relax after a week of touring the town. The pool area was disgusting. Bar is closed, but restaurant will bring food. There were all kinds of dirty trays on the pool chairs with birds eating from them, bottle caps on floor and it looked like the floor needed a good power wash. if you walked barefoot your feet turned black. The pool is also not heated so super cold. The dishes were there next morning. They did do some cleaning and minimal pool skimming but all the dirty food trays remained there from day before. Our life saver was Jose from the Bar/Restaurant. He offered to come check on us every 30 minutes at the pool and he absolutely did! He was super attentive and did explain that Sunday at check in time is when the weekly shift change happens, and maybe at the end of their weekly shift all staff was just exhausted. He was the only waiter that would walk the pool and pick up dirty trays/dishes every time he walked by. NONE of the other staff did that. The restaurant food was fresh and delicious, service was good too. Overall this hotel is ok but it does look neglected.

I just spent two weeks at Hotel Mision De Los Angeles and found it to be excellent in every way. Pleasant staff, beautiful grounds, and a nice big pool ..

I recommend this hotel. It's in a great location & hospitality was very pleasant. I would stay here again.

The pool is terrific. Rooms are quiet. It's very easy to have a safe haven during the pandemic - lots of fresh air and safety precautions taken by the staff.

This is our favorita place to stay when we visit Oaxaca

The hotel is very old school. Some of the staff have been there for years. The grounds of the hotel are lovely. The property is very clean and the hotel staff are all very friendly. Not a lot of English is spoken but everyone is helpful. The hotel really feels like it is part of Oaxaca. Mario, one of the managers, really cares about the property and the guest. I

The Venue is great. The only issues I had is the location has a lot of traffic noise, and the staff was a bit rude when they ran out of water for the rooms and did not get more for in a few days.

Nice hotel, not far from the center of town. Pretty grounds, solid pool. Great service and very friendly staff.

Hotel needs renovation, it is in bad repair. The walks to the rooms are very long, and there is no vehicle to assist.

The worst thing ever, they did't care about our kids were tired, they could not find our reservation, when it was already payed. so bad the staff.
