Very typical colonial style facility. Comfortable bed, small room and bathroom. A comfortable place to spend a couple of nights. Convenient location, friendly staff. Tasty breakfast, yet a bit pricey.
THERE IS NO WIFI IN YOUR ROOM. If that's not important to you this is a perfectly nice place to stay. There IS wifi in the common areas near the front desk, and in the restaurant area most but not all of the time. The staff will LIE AND GASLIGHT about the internet, ridiculously blaming it on "rain" or what have you. One time we came back to the hotel and the front desk attendant actually told us the wifi was fixed, and of course it was NOT! Why would they do that? The staff was otherwise perfectly nice but the constant lying about the wifi left a bad taste in our mouths. This is an easy problem to fix, and the fact that they don't fix it probably indicates they don't really care to. So, if YOU care about having wifi in your room, look elsewhere. If that's not such a big concern for you, then this is a perfectly charming little place to stay, and conveniently located to the Centro historic district. Also, to the extent this place presents itself as having a "pool," be advised that it does not. Just a hot tub in a weirdly inaccessible location that we never used because it was 95 degrees out.

Mi familia y yo quedamos encantados con el servicio, viajamos de Huatulco a Oaxaca toda la noche y lo único que queríamos era llegar al hotel y bañarnos y descansar un poco, pero el check in era hasta las 3:00 pm, sin embargo Sarahí una de las jóvenes de limpieza hizo todo lo posible en entregarlo más temprano porque no vio con niños chiquitos y se lo agradezco muchísimo, todos súper amables y me agendo el joven de recepción mi cita con el Lab para la prueba de COVID, bueno el punto es que siempre tuvieron la disponibilidad para ayudar, muchas gracias y felicidades por tan buen servicio. 5 estrellas 🌟 y súper recomendable chiquito pero acogedor!
The hotel is very nice: traditional and inviting. Rooms are very clean. Close to main important places like Cathedral.

Charming hotel close to Plaza Santo Domingo. Very kind staff. A wonderful cafe with very good food and a nice view. I would stay again.
I could not have asked for a better hotel or better staff to assist me during my stay in Mexico City. Everyone was friendly, helpful and kind -- and patient with my sub-standard spanish speaking skills. The room was perfect - no complaints whatsoever - and the breakfast on the terrace was spectacular. I hope to someday visit Mexico City again, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
