Great stay overall; clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Only suggestion is to move the restaurant table a few feet further away from the room’s entrance. It was awkward to walk out and have people dining literally a couple of feet from your door.

Estamos decepcionados de Hotel Casa de Sierra Azul en el centro histórico de Oaxaca. La regadera de la ducha sin presión, ni suficiente agua ya sea fría o caliente, una persona (al parecer a cargo de mantenimiento y al mismo tiempo recepcionista), acudió a la habitación Cinco 5 y nos comentó que y presión baja del agua era porque estaban haciendo uso de la ducha otras habitaciones. (???). ( tenemos evidencia en video para queja oficial). Amablemente nos ofreció cambiar de habitación pero no es era una opción para nosotros. Y si la habitación 5 no cumple los elementos BÁSICOS como el agua o la presión de la misma (puede solucionarse p La pantalla con control prefijado de volumen( al parecer también suelen “educar” a los clientes. Consideramos que no ofrecen lo que publicitan en página en plataformas , pagamos alrededor de $2700 por una noche en un “supuesto buen hotel” . Si van a Oaxaca Oax . PIENSEN bien y reconsideren hospedarse en este lugar , precioso como inmueble y con buena atención (por sus trabajadores) pero que deja mucho que desear .

Hotel property is beautiful, and staff is very friendly and willing to assist at any moment. But, a few things were off in room. Air conditioning eas not working right often two hot or two cold. Internet signal would often drop causing tv programs to not be watchable and causing us to do my business work at other locations with better internet service.

This property had a very nice courtyard. The staff was very friendly. One of the best showers we've experienced. The location was great. Easy access to everything. The main square and several markets, restaurants and shops were all very close.
