Pros: the room is very spacious. It has a kitchenette, full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Free laundry on the main floor is very helpful. Cons: the 4 pillows in our room all smelled bad, as if sweat and hair grease had seeped into them. Instead of letting me leave them in the room or sending someone to pick them up, I was asked by the young gentleman to bring all four pillows to the front desk in order to exchange for clean ones. Sound proofing was bad and the neighbors constantly made loud banging sounds past midnight. When they finally quiet down, there were loud noises that sounded like motor or drills coming from somewhere every 5-10 minutes. It lasted from 2am-3am and woke me up many times. I felt exhausted the next day. It was an uncomfortable hotel stay. I also noticed the drivers in this town were extremely rude. Will not be staying in this hotel or this town again.

They hide the deposit fee and if you don’t have it, lots of people report not getting refunded for the code of the room. Their pet fee also says “per week” not 75 for a day, that is extremely high and I shouldn’t be charged for a legal ESA (have a letter from my therapist). They also put me as close to the train and as far away from the elevators as possible so I had to carry my poor elderly dog down the long hallway every time he had to go potty. Train woke me up every few hours. Mostly clean but lots of partially broken things in the room

Exterior untidy, cigarette butts on the bark mulch, planting areas and grass torn up, roof shingles out in the planted areas. Interior not recently vacuumed, room showed a lot of wear and tear, including duct tape on the lampshade. Very disappointed as the building looked much better last year, that's why we chose to stay again.
