We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, with beautiful furniture and a great view. The breakfast was made to order and delicious. We found the location perfect for walking to the falls, as well as nearby restaurants.

Delicious and abundant breakfast offering. The dining area and lobby area are well appointed, sunny, comfortable and elegant. Our garden room was really a basement room (as per the elevator and chef) but it does have direct access to the outside via sliding glass door. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful! Our room had some water damage on the ceiling that was very noticeable and there were some crumbs on the dresser. There is no place to hang coats as there are no closets or wardrobe so hooks on walls or doors would help travelers during cooler months organize their outerwear. Overall, we enjoyed the boutique hotel ambiance and would stay again. I highly recommend!

Stella is very nice and professional receptionist. If you check in and shes gonna be there you’re on the right side ! From nice welcoming up to room explanations is all promising. Now what i didn’t like is that they upgraded me to a nicer room. Now. I want to book more nights they refused to give me the same room at same price i paid. I really don’t get it. And i know the room was free and waiting. They just didn’t want to give me at the same price. Well. What a shame. Eventually i left to another place that welcomes guests that intend to stay few days more. Btw the breakfast was awful. Very limited choice. Vegetables wasn’t fresh. And the black girl in the morning. She’s awful. I wish she’ll learn how to respect more. For example i didn’t fill the breakfast choice on the paper they provide. So what she did is to stick it on my door. Can you believe it ?lol For the price they charge maybe send her to learn more manners. If a place doesn’t respect your business but greedy. Well. Better look for other ppl. For their disrespectful behavior but greedy i wont go back there neither send my friends.

People were very nice. Showers were hot (almost too hot). Every room had a balcony. Breakfast area is nice looking, everything is cook to order and you place the order the day before. Only a short walk away from nearest WEGO station as well as the rest of Niagara downtown, but far enough away from the noise.

the staff was not accomodating of any requests made and when one of them confirmed us late checkout the other one denied it without checking with her team. They seemed a bit rude towards our group considering we had 3 kids with us specially during breakfast, also they just added the extra person cost without letting us know

The property was super clean and just very beautiful. This was our first stay ever at a bed and breakfast and it was a wonderful experience. Olivia at reception was very kind and gave recommendations out of the tourist area which were really great. The only issue was our rooms shower advertised body jets and it was not working but other than that the breakfast was really good. I highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Check-in: The lady was nice and pleasant. Rooms: There was no closet or coat hanger. Guests had to place their clothes on the ground. When we asked about this, the receptionist mentioned that people had been complaining about it, but management had not taken any action. It wouldn’t cost much to at least provide a coat hanger. Washroom: Excellent Breakfast: The lady in charge was rude and discriminatory. Upon arrival, she asked if we were there for coffee or breakfast. We replied “both,” but she insisted on checking our room key as if she didn’t believe us. She didn’t ask for a room key from anyone else who came for breakfast. At the time we arrived, there was one couple already in the dining room, and three more groups arrived during our stay. She greeted everyone warmly, explaining things like, "You can sit anywhere. This spot is nice because there’s no direct sunlight," etc. For the couple already there, she asked three times if they needed hot sauce or anything else. However, she never offered us the same courtesy or even welcomed us. When I asked for help opening the hot water bottle, she responded with a nasty attitude. Her behavior was incredibly rude. People should not be treated differently based on their skin color. Cleanliness: While the room itself was good, the mugs in the dining room were dirty. I picked two mugs—one had coffee residue at the bottom, and the other had red lipstick marks on it. (You can see the attached photo.) Overpriced place. Not recommended.

Very nice Victorian Inn. Our room was lovely, decorated with charm. Only issue was breakfast, the chef gave us our food and we never saw him ever again. He never came back to check to see if everything was OK never took any dishes away. The food was average, but nothing spectacular. I finally went and found the chef to ask for more fruit. It wasn’t a dealbreaker by any means, but it would’ve been nice to have a little bit of service and clear the table, etc. We still enjoyed our girls get away but probably would not return to this location. We found the location was not close for walking, we had to drive everywhere. Parking at the inn was free and easy.
