I love this place. I always choose this Hotel when going to Niagara Falls. Staff is always so nice and accommodating. However, this time I found the washroom to not be as clean as my other experiences. I totally understand sometimes things get forgotten. Overall I still love this place and the staff! Cannot wait to go back . Thank you for making me and my guests feel so welcome and safe every time we visit!

Overall, the stay was okay. The hotel and rooms were clean, but the bathroom tiles were slippery, which felt a little unsafe. A few additional amenities, such as a safe deposit box, a microwave, and some water in the refrigerator, would have been nice. Not particularly exciting, but not disappointing either—just okay.

I liked how clean it was.but unfortunately the building is very old and with this oldness come certain dirtines associated with door and wall conditions.Everything was functioning well but rooms need nice renovation.in the bathroom you could see several holes for toilet paper holder filled untidly which gives unclean feeling.Overall nice location close to the fall-20 m walking distance.close to the restorants.

My room was extremely clean, bed was firm and comfortable, linens like new, shower clean and good water pressure. The location is close to everything and parking lot is a decent size. Staff are friendly. All around my 2 nights were very good - recommend this spot to anyone looking for reasonably priced accommodation within walking distance of the falls.

There is no elevator, so disabled people have to stay on the main level,beds are terribly uncomfortable, our air and fridge didnt work in our room so we had to move.Just not a good experience

The hotel was decent for the price point. I wanted to book accommodation close to Clifton Hill and this hotel, fit the bill. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was quiet for early September.

Got no sleep!

Hotel location was great, room was clean. Staff really friendly. Unfortunately I had an extremely loud neighbour in the room next to me and it was clear the walls between rooms were very thin. The staff attempted to get them to quiet down but this noise went on including loud music from 2am until 6am. Despite 4 trips down to reception to ask the staff to intervene, nothing was done about it. We had a lot of travelling to do the next morning and with no sleep we left the hotel in a miserable state. We also noted that a few of the people in the room making the noise weren’t even staying in the hotel and so should have been sent on their way but this wasn’t the case. My email address was taken by the reception team when I checked out but have not heard from them since so am left feeling that this was not a serious concern for them.

Clean but the detergent smell…

Partly Renovated, clean, but the smell of detergent used for washing towels, blankets and sheet is terrible. Had a hard time sleeping because of the smell.
