The room was spacious and clean, staff were very nice and accommodating! The airport shuttle bus was very convenient and frequent, especially during new years! Breakfast was good, had a selection of fruit, hot food selection and bread section! Me and my sister were very happy with the hotel considering how chaotic New Year’s Eve travel can be. Thank you for the stay :)

Checkin was horrendous. A rep by the name of Lovanso or some variation of that name was incredibly dismissive and rude. I told him I PAID for the days I was staying at the hotels breakfast for each morning, and he kept looking at the screen then back at me saying whenever someone buys breakfast there is a toggle in their account that shows they have and mine did not have that toggle. I even BROUGHT OUT MY RECEIPT email that CLEARLY states I bought breakfast for each day and he still was not budging. The rep next to him had to tell him to just give us the comp for the days we are there for in order to get breakfast, and when I tried to re-confirm if it was for all days he became EXTREMELY RUDE emphasing SIR at the end of each sentence, letting me know he was done with the conversation. Other staff members were amazing and kind but this one guy ruined it to be honest. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

I had a very pleasant stay overall. When an issue came up during my visit, the staff addressed it immediately and professionally. They came up to my room, spoke with me directly, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure everything was handled appropriately. I truly appreciated how attentive and responsive they were. Great customer service makes all the difference, and the staff did not disappoint.
