You truly get what you pay for. The property suffers from a poor build-out and lack of attention to detail. Upon check-in, I was given a key without a room number, forcing me to haul all my belongings back to the desk for clarification. The room itself was disappointing: no proper pillows, only small decorative squares you would expect on a sofa. Shampoo was completely empty, leaving me to use body wash for my hair. Noise levels were high—I could hear the elevator, footsteps, and conversations throughout the night. Finally, the front desk is separated from guests by a floor-to-ceiling wall of bulletproof glass, which hardly creates a welcoming environment.
