the property itself is fine, fun and professional. The terrace suites are wonderful, especially for the generous outside private areas. The neighborhood itself is inconvenient for those who'd like to wander around Brooklyn, too far to walk to the active areas of Williamsburg, very isolated. It's nice that you're next to the Polaski Bridge, which lets you walk over to Long Island City. But you'll be spending lots of money on car services if you want to go anywhere else, including Manhattan.

It was a fun boutique hotel. Only spent two nights so limited opportunity to explore the local area. The room was spacious and nice.

Very nice and helpful staff! Rooms are great!

Beautiful hotel! Very clean! But the restaurant was closed and there are no parking garages nearby. So you have to circle the blocks to find street parking.

Room was beautiful, beds were very comfortable.. Check in was easy and so was finding parking in the area. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room didn't have as much amenities as I thought they would.

Luxurious accommodations with an urban funky flair!

Enjoyed our stay at The Box House Hotel. Everything was lovely. The staff is excellent and very informative. Felix the driver gives the best suggestions and shared great tips about getting from the hotel to our destinations for the days outings. Front desk was always great! The restaurant on site had delicious food and cocktails. Their staff also is very welcoming. Hotel is clean, nicely decorated, and private.

Very clean . I didn't find anything I didn't like .

Very nice renovated hotel. Had fridge in room with water. Room size was decent. 2 issues, room had these little items all over dresser and desk. Meant to be like home, but in the way. Also had a loud small fridge in the room, but no microwave. We travelled from europe and had chinese delivered, would have been nice to heat it up. Great staff, everyone was so nice and helpful!

Really good food, friendly staff, location is difficult, it's right between Manhattan and Brooklyn, so close to neither. We had a great stay and the hotel is nice and clean.

Excellent hotel, it’s unique and comfortable. Great staff too!

Great Hotel in a good location if you want to avoid the hectic of Manhattan, yet still be right next to it. Very nicely located, some rooms offer great views. Everything is new and clean. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable room, very appealing surroundings overall, and a very nice staff.
