I DID NOT LIKE ROOM 209 OR 309 NO VIEWS,NOISY, SHOWER WOULD NOT DRAIN FAST OR SINCK AND TOILET.ROOM SMELL muggy.
The place was nice. However, a staff member promised me a reduced parking rate at the front desk. Upon checking out a different staff member informed me that I wasn’t going to receive said rate. Disappointed.
Being from NC this is far nicer than what I'm used to, they had really nice menu selections that I had delivered to the room. I would have given this place a better rating if I had known beforehand that the pool was going to be closed, that was a reason why I chose this stay over other places. My kids were extremely disappointed by that, otherwise it's very nice.
I liked that there was Shittle service, but I had to endure the drivers Loud Christian music, thank god, it was a short trip. The hotel advertieds tha the room have refrigarators, but they keep everything Warm. Mainenance man stated they were actually colers, hmmmnut they cool nothing.The ice machines dont work, so I guess the hotel makes ice available to the drinkers in the lounge. Housekeeping crew I encountered was angry and they pretended not to speak English or didnt speak English, I dont know I could not get them to clean the room so I ginaaly asked the front desk and they did a crappy job. So..if you want, ice, good service and better customer service go elsewhere the money I paid per night was not worth staying at this hotel.
This hotel is beautiful with very nice rooms. The bed was mostly comfortable and the shower is wonderful. The bar and lounge are really nice and the food and service were great. Room Service not so great. Had to order online and there was a glitch. Ordered an extra crispy pizza and it was not well cooked at all. Tasted good but not at all crispy.

Our air conditioning had to be fixed... The TV did not work.. it would turn on but nothing else... Maintenance walked into our room in the middle of the night, waking us up, asking if we called about a smoke detector... We were woken up again later on by detectors going off.. There was a lot of other noise outside our room throughout the night as well.. We hardly slept because of all this.. The Hotel itself looked nice inside and out appearance wise... but thats about it..
