Cold water all night long all the way through my whole stay I was unable to take a shower the was way to cold they never had hot water smh not good at all. It was my wife birthday and we could not enjoy our time there.

This was hands down the worst place I have ever visited. I ended up with over 5 bed bug bites, which is completely unacceptable and extremely distressing. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told they couldn’t do anything without the manager. It has now been over a week, and I still have not received a single call back from management. On top of that, the floors were ice cold, there was random hair everywhere, and the bathroom reeked of an unpleasant odor. The overall cleanliness and response to a serious health issue were both severely lacking. I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.
