Great location and spacious accommodation. Had two bedrooms and was perfect for our group of three. They do misrepresent the 24/7 availability of their off-site people. We realised we needed a blanket at 7:30 pm after arrival. They will “chat” with you and plan to bring what is needed, but it won’t happen until the next day. That obviously didn’t keep us warm overnight. The 24/7 should be taken with a grain of salt. Otherwise, property is great.

The location was perfect for a bachelorette trip with so many places just steps away and was incredibly spacious and LOTs of storage. There were hangers in every closet and even a washer/dryer in the unit. They were very responsive and got to us quickly. I would absolutely stay here again. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the TV was difficult to use, the Chromecast was unreliable so the tv was essentially unusable, I’m not sure if it was the tv itself or the internet but it only worked once and it was horrible quality. We also were only given four towels although we had a group of 6 and had to hunt down the cleaner to get a couple more.

The property was difficult to locate so something to mark its entryway besides a tiny sign saying "You're in the right place! Would've been nice. Maybe a sign on the door saying it was the Sonder. IDK. The room was GORGEOUS! And had everything you could need for a stay. The doors kinda stuck so push hard when you open them, otherwise you will stand there doubting your ability to type in a simple code and open a door. Don't worry, you aren't incapable. The door just sticks in humid weather.

The pictures are misleading of the front of the property. It is on top of a bar called Voodoo Chicken and Daiquiris. If you are on Canal Street bring ear plugs to sleep. Super noisy. They had a white noise device, but it didn’t work the first night. No response from the chat. We had to goto front desk to get a replacement. Canal street is really dingy and sketchy. If you want to sleep don’t stay here.

My friends and I enjoyed our overnight trip to New Orleans. Sonder Vitascope was perfect! The location was centrally located, the space was clean and well decorated. Sonder provided great customer service, 5 stars!

The location was amazing, walkable to everything! No one works at the front desk but they were extremely quick to answer and helpful on the phone with any questions! Only thing is there were a lot of flies in the property but didn’t affect our room or stay. The space was nice.

We loved the apartment-style, finding it ideal for our family - 2 adults and 2 teenagers. One teen slept on the couch in the common area and the other slept in the 2nd bedroom. Location was ideal - just on the edge of everything we wanted to visit, and right next to the streetcar. We used the streetcar half of the time and just simply walked from the French Quarter back to the room the other half. The space was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The only complaint my family had - and this wasn't big enough to drop the rating from 5 stars - is that there's very little water pressure in the shower.

When technology fails you!

Codes to get into the property didn’t work. We had to wait until another guest happened by. The whole idea of having to download their app and only getting communication through the app is a bad practice. We couldn’t get on the internet. No WiFi so no access. Also couldn’t leave as we’d never get back in. Horrible experience.
