Friendly staff. Responsive to request for help. Main floor bar/lounge area a tad too noisy, loud music, precluded talking ..but the food and service was excellent. Wish they still had doormen like in the old days ..the wind whipping up Canal Street made opening the doors very tricky

Breakfast was good, but there was confusion with a “breakfast included” rate booked through Hotels.com. The front desk initially did not see this in their system and asked me to contact the third-party platform. The issue was resolved later, but communication could have been better. Be sure to review your checkout receipt carefully if you book an included-amenity rate.
