A hotel promises a clean and safe place to sleep. This place is anything but. Would you like to have a TV that turns on randomly, say, at 4 AM? Because that might happen. Were you planning to go to sleep during the night? Give that up because sound check is around 9:30 pm, and then the event space next door will ROAR to life, and it will rage until 3:04 am. The windows will absolutely rattle. And no, you cannot switch rooms. The staff at the front desk will feign ignorance, but they will betray their complicity with a haughty tone; they will gaslight you, as if there is no concert venue, and they have no responsibility to reveal this at reservation or check-in. Then the staff will get nasty. They know. Management knows. The owner knows. Do not stay here. It is awful. It is a terrible place for terrible people.

I enjoyed my weekend at this hotel. It was conveniently located to the Mardi Gras festivities, the room was spacious, & the staff was great. My only gripe would be the rate for parking, but considering it’s in a parking prime area the rate was comparable to other parking options in the area, & there was in & out privileges that didn’t effect the rate. I’m just an older person that remembers when hotel parking used to be free for guests so that’s why it’s a gripe, otherwise I highly recommend this hotel, & would definitely stay there again.

The stay was alright, not great. I asked for extra towels that never arrived, the Starbucks in the lobby wasn't open for any of the days of the stay, we were woken in the morning by a false fire alarm, and the street noise was so loud at night that we had trouble sleeping. The quiet hours were listed to be 10 PM to 9 AM, but construction started at 7 AM on the floor above our room, so we got to listen to someone sawing into either a wall or a tub at the break of dawn. The email requesting feedback about our stay asked how us to rate the breakfast, but breakfast was never served. The only positives were the valet staff being courteous and efficient, and the front desk staff upon check-in and check-out.

I paid 2 breakfast when I booked. They don’t give me breakfast and charges me $50 for the first day. I don’t eat any breakfast. The front desk said it’s not charged on my invoice. I ask for the invoice they said they don’t have to provided. Service is very bad. And valet parking is $40 per day.
