This hotel was very unorganized. I ended up having to book a new room at a different hotel because there were no rooms available at 4pm so I couldn’t check in and there was a long line of people waiting. People were also having issues with their keys not working it was a complete nightmare. There was one person working the front desk and she was very overwhelmed and confused and not asking the right questions to accommodate guests.

Upon arrival to check in, there was a huge line which I waited over an hour in. After finally getting the keys to my room I walk in & realize housekeeping hasn’t even cleaned & there is an unmade bed, dirty towels in the restroom & on the bed, cans & bottles thrown everywhere. I had to go back downstairs & firmly request over & over that I needed a new room.

The new lobby is very beautiful, but don’t let them give you room 2034. It’s a room without any window very depressing. They did move me to a room with the window. It was advertised that they had a restaurant and a bar and neither we’re open.

stood at check in for 30 minutes. One staff member with multiple issues. No remote for TV in room, NO PHONE in room, no clock! Attempted to call from desk via website and kept getting transferred to an auto attendant. Bathroom Was not clean , bed sheets smelled mildew. Reserved a king bed but sold all rooms and only had double beds. WORST STAY EVER!!! Felt so unsafe!!!

Air conditioner never got below 75 in our room. Hall air-conditioning was missing. Only a hole to the outside elements. Waited for front desk to find their way back to check us in and even when they showed up, they were more interested in the pizza delivery than checking us in. The hotel is in transition so there are a lot of things needing repair...ice machines, elevators. This might be a nice place in a few months, but beware now.

Didn’t offer breakfast that I was aware of. Overall close to airport, restaurants and shopping. Non boat casino close too! Overall water pressure not the best and only one working ice machine on higher floor was annoying. No microwave in room

Holes in the wall - the head bored had grease and hand prints on it from previous guest - the toilet paper holder was broken so the TP was on a dirty self - the phone was broken with no indication of what numbers to dial out for service - I asked for a better room - bless her sole she was honest and said the two rooms available were clean but not in better condition- I left only stayed 1 night - Expedia will not refund me either will the hotel because I booked with a 3rd party —— trash

The place was under 'renovations' (no mention of ANY of that when I booked) No breakfast, nothing. The hot tub was out of order. ALL the icemakers were out of order. The pool looked like a green swamp. The curtains in the room itself looked like an axe murder happened in there. The room phone had NO PLUG (inoperative) and the room itself had only ONE LAMP. The only reason I don't trash this place with solid one stars was the bed was new and comfy

The room was disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned it appeared. Found no small towels that were clean but one was hanging over the shower with public hair in it. The surge protector was filthy, ashes and dust on the dresser night stand and table. The hallways were filthy. Sink in bathroom was clogged up. Stains on floor in bed room area.

We checked in Friday at 4 and checked out Monday morning. The TV in our room didn’t work so they moved us to another room, next morning. The hotel is doing renovations so there wasn’t a bar in the lobby. I was told at check in there was an indoor pool…there was not an indoor pool. Only a pool outside that was closed for the season. I found that out AFTER I bought a swimsuit. The hotel held $300 instead of just $50 and couldn’t reverse the charges until we checked out. It’s Thursday and the hotel is still holding $50 of my money. Although the manager that came in was very understanding and compassionate it wasn’t anything she could do. Unfortunately I do not recommend a stay at this hotel.
