Your home quarters share a huge backyard terrace with the neighboring unit. Just 5 minutes east of Oretha Castle Haley Blvd, 10 minutes from the French Quarter and easy access to all nearby attractions.

Condo is well renovated- you can tell they put a lot of work into making it cute. On the flip side, cleaners need to do a better job as we found small things missed when we checked in. Also lots of little things were broken like the trash can, no remote for the TV etc. Nothing too crazy but not what I expect from somewhere I am paying to stay. The owner offered to have the landlord come and fix them while we were there and it wasnt necessary; I just cleaned up what i noticed. Neighborhood was definitely a concern to my kids and parking was confusing because the whole front of the building said handicapped parking. I asked twice for someone to clarify if we could park there and I only got an automated message from the host instead of an actual answer. We saw someone who lived on that block on the second day said we could park there and it didn't matter.Would not recommend for a family due to neighbors being loud late into the night (past 4am) and there are a LOT of stairs. We traveled with 2 young kids and an elderly person, all who were scared at how skinny and steep the stairs are.

Didn’t like the fact that you walk through all bedrooms as they are all in the back. To get to the furthest bedroom, you have to walk through the first two. Washer on the back porch, not so clean or handy. The dryer is on the other tenants back porch. Didn’t love the set up. Thin walls, could hear the neighbors just talking.

Overall this property is exactly as stated in the listing. Room layout is a bit odd, but very accommodating. Interior very clean and has everything you need for a short stay. Neighborhood is a bit suspect, but we had no issues.

This review is purely about the team. The house itself has no big problems, it’s just me, coming over new year celebration time, I overestimated my tolerance to noise, so if you’re a light sleeper like me, probably not a good choice. What amazed me was how flexible and adaptable this team is. Some of them were on vacation too, but they worked hard to make my last minute request come true so we transferred seamlessly. All I can say is if you’re booking any of their properties, you know you’re in good hands. I’m so glad we found them and we’re so grateful despite what has happened, we still have had a great vacation after all!

A lifesaver for Eras!
After a property we booked in November of 2023 canceled on us 17 days before we were flying into NOLA we were so please to find the Chic condo still available while Taylor was in town. 4 ladies 4 beds and 2 bathrooms was perfect for us!

It was decent. Reasonably priced. Parking was okay and I was there during Mardi gras. The beds were comfortable. The only thing was the cleaning staff forgot to put out towels. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying again.

Easy to get around. Property was clean and easy to find. Street parking was the only negative, but it was not bad at all. I also did not realize this was a second floor unit, but that is on me. Great place would stay again.
