Loved having something for everyone.. property does not need to list rooms as ocean front... we looked out in our open front room to a old building and then the ocean, but others on our trip stared at kiddie pools full of algae and no water.. okay maybe not algae but it didn't look or feel modern like other places ive stayed.. But overall I think it was a wonderful time if you can look past

We had reservations at the coral and were emailed and told we were up graded to the royal which we thought was a good thing. But we soon found out it was not. The hotel was old and tired. We were stuck in the elevators twice on the first day. The rooms need major up dates. Rusted faucets, tub finish peeling off etc. Half the restaurants were closed and the ones open were expensive, small portions and not good. We left hungry after spending $150. Very unhappy and will not be staying at the royal again. We stayed in the reef in may and loved it.

Loved the snorkeling at the east end of Cabbage Beach and the varied dining options at Atlantis and other sites on Paradise Island which we've been visiting for 50 years. The aquatic and floral features as well as the interior decor on the Atlantis property remain amazing and never get old.
