Staff was friendly, especially the front desk and concierge. Staff at the Bistro was equally friendly and polite. Housekeeping gets a gold star. My only issue was the fact that there was no place to dry clothing/swimwear after beach/pool day, which caused the room to smell mildew. I will say that the front desk staff was vet accommodating and assisted once they were made aware of the issue.

The staff were very nice and the good was excellent, though a little pricey. My son has a medical emergency and they were amazing with coordinating transportation to the local hospital without charge until after our return. The hotel was under construction and only had one entrance or exit to the city which was often inconvenient. Beds were not great but not terrible. However, the rooms were clean and staff went out of their way to get us checked in early and hold our luggage for a late check out

Our room had a malfunction where smoke continuously entered for unknown reasons. The room became foggy from how much smoke there was. We had to move rooms to a slightly smaller room with a ground view and all our items had a smoke smell to it. There were also many false emergency alarms that went off throughout our stay.

This was a short stay for my first trip to the Bahamas, but the location was excellent and very easy to walk around. Part of the hotel was under renovation, so the pool area was unusable, but it didn’t bother me at all. Staff was pleasant and helpful from the few interactions I had with them.
