Quick over night get a way

We made a Nashville pit stop on our way to Florida. This place was perfect for our group of 10. They were very accommodating for our one night stay. It was clean and an easy 4 minutes to downtown

Great owner trendy condo

Great overnight in super clean condo. Owner was fantastic and quick to respond. Location was great as we were headed north and made for a quick getaway from Nashville in the morning.

Super Cute, Cozy & Comfortable Condo!

Loved the Nashville theme throughout the condo. Very clean, good location, nice furnishings. Quick response to questions. Easy in and out access and plenty of parking. Definitely will stay again!

Nice, new condo

This is a real nice property. I think the PM's cleaning crew let her down. The unit was clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival. Multiple light bulbs were out. Used coffee grounds remained in the coffee maker, etc. We were traveling through and only stayed one night, so I would call this a minor complaint. The PM was super responsive and I suspect these issues are not the norm for her. I would come back.

Great bachelorette trip!

We booked this room for my bachelorette trip and it was AMAZING! The rooms were so cute & fit everyone perfectly. We Uber’d almost everywhere and was just a short ride to downtown. Would definitely stay again!

Short but good stay

We were only at the rental for a short tine as most of our time was spent at the Taylor Swift concert. The rental was clean and fit our group nicely. It’s less than 10 minutes to downtown (with no traffic).

Beautiful view of the downtown lights

Absolutely beautiful view from the 3rd floor of the Nashville skyline at night. Just in for a 1 night stay. This is a 3 story property, so it would have been good to know the kitchen/living room was on the 3rd floor though, since we’re traveling with grandparents. Just made it a little inconvenient with all of the steps, but it’s a great place for younger families or groups of friends. Very clean, lots of comfortable beds, fun ping pong table, easy access off the interstate. Great place!

The location is so close to the city, has multiple sleeping options and beds. Be ready to climb some stairs to get up to the main living levels but it’s close to anything you need or want to do!

Great Property

This was a great property for a bachelorette party. Everyone had plenty of room to relax, sleep, and get ready. The house felt clean and new, and you can see the amount of thought put into the decor and furnishings. We loved the neon sign and Dolly mural downstairs. The only drawback is the location is a transitional neighborhood and industrial area. There isn't anything to walk to, and it is very loud with the street noise.

Nice, newer townhouse

Townhouse was great! Comfortable and clean. Location is not wonderful in my opinion. Located very close to the interstate, commercial businesses, and a bar called “Larry’s” and is right across the street. Every Uber driver (we ubered the entire time so quite a few different drivers) noted that this area is sketchy. Again wonderful home, but when all the local drivers tell you not to be outside at night in this area for our safety, you take notice.

Great experience

While staying in this beautiful property, there was a local emergency leaving us without water. The owner never hesitated to allow us the opportunity to shower at another property. The home was beautiful and fully furnished with high end pieces. Would recommend !!

Southern Urban Stay

We loved the property with its beautiful scenic view of Downtown Nashville. It was plenty of room to accommodate our family of 6. Thank you for sharing a piece of city living with us! PS. It would be so cool to have a record player to play some of those awesome records on the wall. Within limits of course, wouldn't want to disturb the neighbors.☺

Beautiful home

Very beautiful property, plenty of beds and a beautiful view of Nashville skyline. About 8 minutes from Broadway. In an up and coming area. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Would highly recommend!
