Easy access from I-65, and very convenient to downtown Nashville. We found the house to be as advertised. Parking is a bit tight if the occasion is a family reunion and multiple vehicles are involved, but we made it work. Overall, great property.

1st trip to nashville

We loved staying here, only about 15min drive,w uber to get to broadway. The house was very nice and clean, loved the complimentary coffee, tea bar. The hot tub was clean. Everyone as iy should be. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved having the garage so we didn't have to park on the street. There were a few things that needed to be fixed, but nothing that really affected our stay. We didn't end up using the hot tub, but we loved the rooftop area to hang out - it was mainly the reason we chose this property. Communication with the host was excellent - they were very responsive and wanted to make sure our check in and stay was going well.

It could really be a nice beautiful place nice location to downtown definitely things to do in the area. Are overall experience was not great. The Host was very responsive on things that went on just was not expecting to deal with things on a vacation away from everyday things

There was a leak in the bathroom causing there to only be 2 usable bathrooms for 11 people when promised 3. The bathroom leaked into the dinning room. The wi-fi didn’t work or the Rokus on TV. The sinks also were leaking into the counter. Their customer service to getting back to respond to me was poor as well.

The house was great, exactly as pictured and beautiful. The hosts were very responsive and great. However, the area is absolutely horrible. We had 2 of our cars broken into and one of the cars got the window smashed. There is a very sketchy bar Right next door, and A LOT of trash everywhere.

Over all really good!

The house was great and was equipped with all the essentials. There were a couple of minor repairs that needed to be addressed. The wall was pretty beat up from chairs hitting and the microwave bottom was cracked but was able to be used. Otherwise a great place and close to

Work getaway

Wish we would have got what was originally advertised when we booked it. No elevator, had to add water to the hot tub, microwave was broken. Located on a very busy, loud street. If we were to go back we would stay again, just wish a few things were done differently. Loved the rooftop, hot tub, layout.

Great property with plenty of room to spread out. We ran out of propane in the BBQ pit. I texted the host regarding the empty tank and a new one was delivered within hours. If you're a family that cooks a lot, you may want to bring dish clothes and towels as none were provided. It would have been helpful to keep dishes and countertops clean and to eliminate the excessive use of paper towels.

Great Stay

And there were a few hiccups initially when we got there but the communication with the property manager was excellent. Issues were addressed promptly and those that could be resolved, were resolved (wifi). Others, were somewhat minor and we found workarounds for. At the present time the unit is in a construction area as new units are being built around it so it may be a little noise in the morning hours. Overall though, this is a great spot for a family or large group.

21st Birthday Celebration

This was a great place to stay as there was 9 of us celebrating my son's 21st birthday. EVERYTHING was as advertised, but better. The home was very modern with very pleasing decor. The beds were so comfy and the showers were to die for. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The elevator was definitely a plus with all the different floors. Although we didn't spend much time outdoors, the rooftop was so fun which had a firepit and hot tub with plenty of seating. The check in experience was easy and the hosts were very responsive. It is about a 5 minute drive to Broadway, which was a great location. Although the street in front our place was very busy, I still felt safe in the neighborhood. This place also has a garage which was nice. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed!

Nice place, few kinks need worked out

Nice and new inside. 4 level home and elevator was out upon arrival, so that made carrying luggage up flights of stairs for 11 people fun...luckily we didn't have anyone with accessibility limitations. Wi-fi also did not work upon arrival, after troubleshooting still couldnt get it to work. Unless you have hotspot, tv's were useless. Friend found dirty pair of socks in fresh set bedding 1st night there..so that was gross. Luckily it was the bunk bed room, so they were able to sleep in another bed without dirty laundry in it. Like I said, it was a nice place but as soon as we got there we had communication started with owner to try and get stuff fixed before our friends arrived. Time and energy wasted on things that are listed as amenities we were charged for but unable to use. I'll end on positive note: shower supplies, full kitchen, laundry and dishwasher detergents were stocked and available for us. That was a nice plus.
