THE NASHVILLE CARRIAGE HOUSE WAS THE PERFECT PLACE FOR MY FAMILY'S STAY IN NASHVILLE! FROM THE AWESOME HOST TO THE HOME ITSELF OUR EXPERIENCE WAS EXCEPTIONAL! ALL THE THINGS WE NEEDED AND SOME WE DIDN'T KNOW WE NEEDED, VERY UPSCALE THROUGHOUT!

What a wonderful property! It feels like your dear friend, the expert host, has just stepped out and asked you to watch over the place while they're away. Everything we could need and want was there. We loved the hot tub and enjoyed listening to music on the record player. We snuggled up with all of fuzzy blankets and soft pillows and gazed into the electric fireplace. The electric kettle was awesome for tea and hot cocoa before bed. The table can expand to seat 8! Plenty of space for meals and board games. We really enjoyed the chess set on its dedicated table.My son and his wife enjoyed the privacy of the attached studio apt.We would love to come back the next time we're in Nashville.

Well thought out and everything you could need for a perfect visit to Nashville. Place is clean and conveniently located to airport and music spots in Nashville. Also, very good restaurants less than a mile away! Host is responsive and pleasant. Lots of great surprises like bidets, new appliances (art fryer, toaster and whiskey ball ice). Carriage house doesn’t feel disconnected as it is accessible from inside and very well stocked with anything you need in addition to main house (very private). Will be returning.

This house was a perfect 5-star stay!The property itself is beautiful, spacious, and the backyard is a wonderful spot to relax. We were truly impressed—the house was stocked with more amenities than we could ever need, making our trip completely seamless.Richard was an excellent host, very responsive and easy to communicate with prior to our arrival. We didn't need to reach out once during the stay, as everything was perfect, and check-in/out was simple. Highly recommend this rental!

We were all so pleased with our stay for my 40th birthday. The place was just as described and had many great details like toiletries, fluffy towels, cool wallpaper and art, and cozy blankets. We appreciated all of the easy to follow instructions and the hot tub! Beds were all comfortable. It’s also so close to the airport. It takes at least 20 minutes to get downtown or any of the popular sites and traffic can be bad, but still convenient and worth it for the quality of accommodations!

The Carriage House is a wonderful option for a stay in Nashville. We came with our two teenagers and it was perfect for the four of us, with room for plenty more. The teenagers loved the music selection and the hot tub and the parents loved the vibe of the place as well as the hot tub. It was clean and cozy and within driving distance of plenty off food options and downtown Nashville. We were in town because of obligations at Herzing University and were within a 3 minute drive of the campus. (If traveling to Nashville for Herzing Intensives I highly recommend the Carriage House!) Richard was attentive and kind and even though he's a Cubs fan (Huge Brewers fans in this house) he was a wonderful host and thought of everything people would need for a fun stay in Nashville. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Nashville!

Incredible property. Rent with confidence. Everything is clean, and there is a feeling of luxury along with the laid-back vibe. Nice and quiet neighborhood close to the airport and very easy drives to the Opry, downtown Nashville, and a 45 minute drive to Stones River Battlefield. You can hear planes overhead, but insulation is excellent and we barely noticed inside the house. Excellent communication with our host, Richard and super-easy checkout. And an excellent record collection, too!

Sons baseball tournament in and around nashville

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at this awesome house! My family of 6 came to Nashville from the Chicago area for my son’s baseball tournament. We had games all over the area and the location of this house was perfect. Only about a 15 minute drive to down town Nashville. Richard was a fantastic host! Answering all of our questions immediately. From the minute we walked through the door we felt right at home. The house is beautifully decorated with all top of the line appliances, including a gorgeous yard and hot tub. These hosts did not forget about a single detail, every room was uniquely decorated and super comfortable.We would come back to this house in a heartbeat!!

Perfect house for us!

This house was absolutely perfect for our group of six. We could spread out and have our own space, but also come together and enjoy time as a family. The house was super clean, stocked with all the necessities we could need, and had lots of clean towels for everyone during our stay. Richard was an amazing host and we cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our time in this home. The house in person is even more lovely than the photos show. I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to the area. The house is definitely a 10 out of 10 and we would stay again next time we are in Nashville.

We were in town for a conference and we loved staying in this house! Everything was super clean, comfortable, well maintained and well stocked. We really enjoyed the hot tub after our days at the conference. Great music on the turn table was fun!
