This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). Our group had a wonderful time in Nashville celebrating my 30th birthday! This space had everything we needed and was very close to everything we wanted to see and do. The rooftop was a great feature! See if you can beat my high score on Dig Dug with the included arcade system.

Great space, awesome location!There are a lot of stairs up to Suite E, but it’s absolutely worth it! Stunning historic building with modern upgrades in a safe and quiet location. There are two beautiful outdoor patio spaces with big windows bringing the outdoors in. The video game table was enjoyed by all. Very beautiful and well equipped space for our large group. The photos were exactly as shown. It was a fast walk to Broadway and lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Chris was very responsive before and after booking and had some great suggestions too! Highly recommend and will definitely be going back next time we’re in town.

Host was sometimes slow to respond. The unit was not very clean. The bathrooms had hair in the showers. The sink and dishwasher had a foul smell. I wore a pair of socks and when I looked at the soles of my feet they were filthy. The furniture was old and tired looking. There was no welcome book with instructions for anything (i.e. Dishwasher, which we could not get to run, or for the WiFi code). Clearly this is suitable for younger people. The location was good. Easy walk to activities.
