The property was misrepresented in the photos and vey disappointing. It was dirty, musty smelling, bugs on window sills, dirty sheets, dirty cushions, couch on the floor with missing legs, many of the TV's didn't work and outdoor patio loading with cob web, bees and bugs. The paint on the walls were patched up and not repainted going up the stairs.Upon arriving home and unpacking we had to wash all our clothes because of the residual smell left from the property.The management company was informed and offered the refund the cleaning fee but after reflection, we should be refunded our entire charge for this terrible property. We were very disappointed.

20 year reunion

We had an amazing stay!!! There were 11 women gathered for our 20-year graduate school reunion. The house had everything we needed. Everyone had a comfortable bed and there were many bathrooms to share (and multiple hair dryers). The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed. We were close enough for quick Lyft trips anywhere we wanted to go! All communication was quick and clear. Thank you!

Lots of restaurants and bara in walking distance. No issues getting ubers in the neighborhoodThe property was amazing with plenty of rooms, beds and bathrooms for our group.

Perfect!

Amazing property and nicely decorated! Loved how each room had a theme country artist decoration. Beds were comfy. Very clean! The property manager was very accommodating and always quickly responded when I had any questions. Definitely recommend this property for a big group!

Perfect for Bachelorette Trip

This rental was awesome and was able to sleep 10 comfortably with room for more people and every room had a bathroom! Cute photo ops and the perfect place to stay with a large group like our bachelorette trip. Hosts were also responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommend! We also felt very safe with the automatic key lock coming in and out of the house.

Nashville Girls Bday Trip

We all agreed we would book this property again. It was spacious, clean and had a lot of character! Each room has special touches & the private bathrooms in each bedroom was a huge plus!! We all had space to get ready & lounge. The area is cute & close to many businesses & restaurants. Communication with the property manager was easy & everything in the house was perfectly appointed & information on contacts and house procedures was easily accessible.

Southern Glam for turning 50

The property is exactly as shown in pictures. Perfect for our group of 10. Spacing of bedrooms/ baths is ideal. Could use a pizza pan for after bar snack time but otherwise everything was great. Loved the big open living/dining/kitchen area for hanging out!

Long weekend in Nash

12 adults (6 couples) for a long weekend. Place was very clean from past experiences with other Nashville stays. Asked for early check in, got it, but had to reach out to property manager as the king bed connectors were not on site. We received them the next day and the refunded us the early check in fee. Great response time and very happy with Playlist. Neighborhood is in transition phase and we did encounter some homeless folks, but they were pleasant and in no way threatening. We preferred to only Uber at night. Lots of new development in the neighborhood. Less than 10 min Uber ride to Broadway and 5 min to East Nash. House was well stocked with coffee, silverware, appliances and plates/glassware. Recommend to large groups, just be wary of the stairs, as there are a lot to get to all 4 floors. Would definitely return!

Nashville Fun!

We had the best time at this house. Easily accommodated 6 couples. Everyone had their own sleeping space. House was clean and well stocked with kitchen items, linens & towels. Downtown was a quick Uber or Lyft ride away as well. Playlist Properties was super easy to work with and extremely responsive via the VRBO app. Thank you for a great vacation spot!

A great place to stay!

Right before our stay, there was an unusual cold snap and some pipes froze in the building. We were supposed to stay in. However, the quick acting property owners adjusted our stay and put us in even better accommodations than we had paid for. House was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Thanks for making our visit to Nashville great!!

Fun place!

We had a very large group stay here and it accommodated us perfectly! Everyone had a place to sleep! The place was clean and we loved the style of the place. It was extremely hot inside when we arrived and we couldn’t get the units to switch to AC so we called maintenance and a guy came right over and got us all fixed up and he wa super helpful. The only issue we had was the tankless water heaters kept beeping and having to be reset for us to have hot water. Other than that the stay was great!
