Great place for a family

We loved that there was an area that the 5 of us could hang out and then bedrooms (and bathrooms) that we could go to for privacy.

I really loved staying here. It was incredibly well-located - with nearby coffee shops, alternative clothing stores, grocery, drugstore, restaurants, wine & beverage store, and... the icing on the cake - Centennial Park & the Parthenon! I was honestly amazed and also grateful that so many places I needed were so close! Bedrooms were extremely comfortable & tastefully decorated - the whole apartment was - the kitchen was well supplied. And I appreciated the 2 designated parking spots in the gated parking area beneath the building. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We highly recommend this place! It was perfect for our needs and close to everywhere we wanted to visit within and outside of Nashville. The place was very clean, had everything we needed and more, and we loved the interior design. The private parking garage was the best we've seen and we've been staying at places all around Nashville since 2018. Mark was very responsive, even though it was the Thanksgiving holiday, and he was able to accommodate our special requests. All around great!

Cons:Layout good but more steps than anticipated. Concerns about falling. Need floor or table lamp in living- overhead too harsh. No teaspoons in kitchen- would have appreciated a few pods for keurigUse white sheets so I know they’re clean. Carpet looked nasty. Regular channels on tv rather than dependence on streaming.Instructions for washer.Pros: Great location. Parking great.Cute place!
