There is a half bath in the hallway. The second level has a loft space with queen sleeper sofa, and two additional bedrooms with king beds and en suite full baths. There is a tv in the living area, primary bedroom, and both upstairs bedrooms.


Guests have private access to the entire House with the exception of the primary closet and detached garage. There is free street parking directly in front of the home.

Located in the trendy Edgehill neighborhood, this home is located within a short walk from dining, shopping, and nightlife hot spots. A short Uber/ Lyft Ride to Downtown Nashville for more local attractions.

CANCELLATIONS – STRICT— Full refund less credit card processing fees for cancellations made 60 days prior to travel dates. We are very considerate of special circumstances within the 60 day non-refundable period. If we are able to rebook dates we will offer a refund in the amount recovered up to the full booking amount. Other circumstances considered on a case by case basis.
