*Very centrally located and only 2 miles to the beach!

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.

*Pets are allowed with pet fee



The Space:

*1 bedroom, 1 bath, Very spacious condo.

*1 Queen bed, 1 pullout sofa in the living room.

* Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are allowed with fee. Please contact for details.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free.

* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.



Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.

*Pool key is photographed before each stay. There is a $100 fine for lost/broken pool key.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

Really enjoyed ourselves. Nice, clean condo that’s perfectly located in Myrtle Beach. Much better than staying in a hotel for a week. Really great customer service from the host!

There’s better options

The host has my credit card more than what was agreed to on VRBO and without notice. When I noticed the discrepancy I made the host aware and they have refused to correct the charges. Also my family had no access to the community pool on the day of check in because the pool access key was not in the property as promised and listed in the agreement. The host is not a professional person and I would suggest VRBO to pay close attention.
