This was the best vacation ive been on .. everything from housekeeping to desk staff on site restaurant.. my daughter really enjoyed the indoor water park and pools .. did dolphin tour and pirate show while we were there recommended by the staff and they were amazing as well ...Will definitley be back !!

The staff were awesome. Overall our stay was good. It’s just the beds you have do something about the beds. they’re hard as a rock and then they’re sitting on top of a metal base that if you sit on it all you hear is that metal scraping and is dangerous too because the corners are kind of exposed.

I liked the friendly staff and nice dining areas inside the resort. I stayed in room that slept 4. Had one king bed and couch that makes into a bed. Room was comfortable and had a small kitchenette area with full size refrigerator. The resort has been updated in some areas but others are still needed. Bed slept good but outside lights that were on all night were a bother outside my 2nd floor room. I had a beautiful view of the beach but the sliding door was very difficult to open and to close. The bathroom needed an exhaust fan desperately. I really loved how fast the elevators were and all of the water attractions that were for adults and children. The beachfront had a beautiful lawn area with chairs and cornhole for the guests as well as a beautiful kids playground area. All and all I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again. I will however ask to be on a higher floor to hopefully keep away from all the pool area night lights.

This propery has a lot of things for kids to do. Beach view was awesome and had plenty of chairs around the pool area. The unit we were in could use a deep cleaning. The glass doors were difficiult to open.

When I arrived I was given the wrong room per my reservation. I was given a room with 2 queen beds instead of the one with a king bed and pull out sofa. When I asked why I wasn’t given the room I paid for the hotel said they didn’t get my reservation showing that even though I showed them my Expedia reservation. They were unable to give me the room I paid for as they stated they were full. Also, I found roaches that were crawling out from the bottom of the bed in the room I was given.
