Liked the pool areas. They were well kept and clean. I would suggest some updating to the rooms and fresh paint around the property. stairways walkways rooms etc. The pool side bar should be open atleast until 7 5 seems to early to close. There should also be a bathroom on the lower level where pools are. It makes no sense to have to go on elevator or up flights of stairs to use the bathroom especially for older people and children. The cabanas pool side are to expensive and the bare minimum comes with purchasing them. I was there for a week and no one was sitting in them. On the beach in front of the property they charge $50 a day to sit in beach chairs to until 4pm which is ridiculous! Also the check-in being across the street from the actual property makes no sense especially having luggage to have to haul etc. The workers were nice and pleasant and did good job handling any needs.

From the moment we checked in. All the rooms were unsatisfactory. We were moved 4 times as they found what to them was a satisfactory room. The Gentlemen, who was with us throughout the entire ordeal name is shaq. He was very cordial and patient throughout the entire ordeal. Showed much empathy for what we were experiencing and try to do his very best to accommodate us, to the best of his ability. There were bugs, un unclean rooms, mold and mildew smell. AC units making loud cracking sounds from being such old units. The property is totally unkempt. I slipped and fell on a puddle of wayer leaking from the AC. I spoke to Marie at the front desk and she gave me an incident report to fill out. I was just crying so much I told her I would fill it out online. She could not give me full compensation because I booked through Expedia.

The pool staff do a great job of keeping the pool water and pool floors clean. We love the amount of pools and hot tubes at the resort and the large lazy river. This is honestly the only reason we booked this resort. We were frustrated with the lack of tubes that were available for the lazy river. There were only about 12 tubes available for the entire lazy river. The guests were basically left to walk around the resort and fight over finding tubes to use on the river. Especially on a Saturday. The rooms were ok. The hot water runs out- expect a cold shower. The internet pretty much does not work. The tv's are very difficult to use, especially since they would not connect to the internet. The property is definitely in need of cleaning and renovations. There are no working bathrooms by the pools. There is a large 3 stall porta-pot by the pools that smells horribly like sewer but was out of order the entire time. There are very loud noises by the pool... I assume it was the filter or to run the water slides? If you have a child with sensory issues, especially with noise and/ smell, this resort is not the best place for them. The staff were very friendly.

Was woke up at 2:30 and again at 3:15 by some teenagers pounding on our door and running away. Security got them and nothing was done. It rained hard one night and our floor was flooded by water coming in the door. Handle missing on refrigerator, Stopper in bathroom sink did not work. Just not an up to date place.

OK overall, fun waterpark

We came for a family trip. You picked this resort for the waterslides and lazy river. Besides a little bit of the cleanliness in the lazy river, we did enjoy those amenities! The photos that are listed on the site compared to the room that we stayed in, do not compare. The rooms are very dated and photos are most likely taken with wide angle lenses as the space is much smaller than it appears online. The door had been taken off of the vanity area of the restroom, probably to make it feel bigger and so that it did not open directly into the kitchen. There were two standard beds in the bedroom, but one of them is so tight to the closet, the closet is basically unusable.
