If you don't need 5 BR / 4-1/2 bath, Paradise Found at Bermuda Bay can rent the main upper levels for less! You get everything except for the back lower level Suite (2 BR/1Bath with own kitchen/laundry). You still have the lower level game room with pool table / ping-pong, darts, TV / game table and access to beach chairs and tennis gear. Main house has 2 Master bedrooms on main, plus 3rd floor bunk room with full bath. Front porch, back deck with grill, and tremendous great room / kitchen eating area. Ocean Side Village is gated and has indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, beach parking!
The house is in a gated subdivision with a private beach parking lot, which is a quick 6 minute golf cart ride away.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Beautiful property

The property was just as described. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Communication with owner was great. I feel confident that if we had needed anything he would have been very attentive. Such a beaitiful house, quiet area. The only suggestion we have is updating the checkout time on here to match actual check out time of 10 am.
