Perfect location for our needs and really cute house. We did enjoy our stay there and would recommend.Needs kitchen sinks looked at because there was an odor coming from them. Could not get bedside lamp in 2nd bedroom (across from bathroom) to work, perhaps just needs a new lightbulb. Should probably use some weatherseal on deck out back or replace a lot of boards. TV was rather confusing, there should be explicit instructions about use of TV.Overall we did love Cardinal Cottage!

Very clean, cozy and attractive home! Host was easy to reach and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, the home was well-stocked with necessities, and we had a wonderfully relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

Home was nice but we were there for 5 nights. I assumed it had a washer and dryer but it did not. My fault I did not look to make sure. It also had no tissues…the blinds in the rooms we did not feel were private enough. If we had been there a shorter period of time the lack of some “amenities” would have been okay. We liked the home and if we go again for a shorter visit we would stay there again

This was a fun place to stay for my short trip! Loved how close it was to a lot of local sites & stores. It’s a super clean & well-organized, and communication was great! If I’m ever in town again, I’d definitely consider staying here again!

DON'T PASS UP

This was such a pleasant find. This home is so cozy. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Huge backyard if you want to use it. Your own parking in the drive. Super easy instructions to check in and out. Hosts, made themselves available if needed. Was easy to have family come over and fix meals. We travel quite a bit and this home is definitely is in the tops of our places to stay.

This house is easy to locate, and great access to the highway. Neighborhood very quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable, amenities were plentiful and clean. Will definitely stay here again when in Muncie. My friend has stayed at a hotel for the last six years and has not found one he would stay at again. Cardinal Cottage for the win!

Bike trip

My husband and I planned a bike trip on the Cardinal Greenway. This property was very conveniently located for getting to the trailheads. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was well suited for our needs. We also enjoyed sitting outside on the deck.

Very nice!

We were visiting for a school competition at Ball State. It was very affordable and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean! It’s 13 minutes from Ball State according to GPS.

Clean and charming, perfect for a visit to all state students

Communication with the property owner was fantastic! As soon as you walk in, the overall impression is that it is clean, and decorated with charming style, well organized, and very pleasant. Everything we needed was provided. We felt safe and at home. There is even a cute outdoor deck and a roomy backyard. We were in town for a graduation, and it was absolutely perfect with a great location. Close to a Walmart and just minutes from great coffee shops, and the Ball State campus. We would definitely stay there again!!
