Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites ANDERSON NORTH

The price were to high for the uncountable four nights. To nosey with people up top, it seem as there was people running backers and forward all night long.

The hotel is located close to Hoosier Park and there is a shuttle from hotel to the park.

We chose this hotel from the pics of the pool. There was soot covering the bottom, strong odor et made our skin itch until we showered

Nice clean comfortable suite. Accommodating management. Will stay there again.

After a long road this hotel was just what we needed. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, even giving advice on the best eating establishments in the area. I have found all the Holiday Inn Express hotels that I have stayed in to be equally excellent.

Stayed one night after the races at Anderson Speedway. Great breakfast!

This is probably the best Holiday Inn Express we have stayed in and is a cut above other places at the same level in price. As others have noted the breakfast gives both good quality and variety including a meat and eggs, yogurt, and a lot of the more usual stuff. The details and the friendliness/helpfulness of the staff were excellent. There are many chain restaurants nearby. Its a very convenient location.

The room was nice, beds were very comfortable. However, the fitness room was below average with two treadmills that weren't calibrated and a bike. No weights. The pool was small and no hot tub. It is a good place to stay if you just want a bed to sleep in but the amenities were lame and the staff was average. I used to work at a hotel that went out of its way for the guests and I didn't get that feeling at all from the staff here.

Very nice room with great location. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Slight problem wih water temperature in shower fluctuating. Would stay there again!

The room was very large for what I was expecting, and the bed was VERY comfortable. It appeared as if there was some hair on the sheets though, which was disconcerting, and the plumbing in the bathroom needed work: the toilet was SO incredibly loud when it flushed, it gave me a heart attack every time someone would! But besides those things, I was very pleased.

GREAT BREAKFAST CLOSE TO INTERSTATE GOOD SIZE PARKING LOT

Loved everything about the hotel, except the room doors. They slammed shut so loud that due to people in and out of their rooms well past midnight, we couldn't get to sleep. PLEASE fix the doors so they close quietly- there are ways to do it. Then we could easily see 4-5 stars.

The Holiday Inn Express in Anderson must be almost brand spanking new. It was very clean and well managed. Staff was friendly but not in your face. This Holiday Inn product does not have a bar or restaurant but does serve a tasty breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and other goodies. The pool hours are 10 to 10 and the gym is actually only a few treadmills. It was minimalism at it's best and was just fine for our needs.

Checked in around 5:30 receptionist was very busy but kept cool and handled everyone very professionally. She made sure to have me on a floor away from several travel baseball teams. Overall I can say I will stay there again. Room was nice and clean, beds comfortable. Only thing was wrong was no DVD player in room, brought a movie to watch with my daughter. Breakfast was very nice, great variety to choose from.

Mixed review*** The rooms were clean, modern, and up to date. Indoor pool was not open due to clorination problems (big problem when traveling with children!!!). They did not have another form of entertainment for children so be prepared!! Better than continental breakfast each morning included eggs, sausage, bananas + all the usuals. Every evening there were fresh baked cookies in the lobby (big hit). You could hear the street noise thru the windows (a little annoying)

The wife and I went to Anderson because she has family there and it is close to Indy where we were attending the BOA Grand National Championships in which our daughter was performing. The hotel was new and the rooms were very clean. There was a large tour group that arrived just after we checked in and most were staying on our floor. You can hear everything that goes on in the hallway but once everyone was in their rooms the sound proofing was very good as we heard nothing. All-in-all it was very nice, we booked the king bed suite. The only two negatives would be with the bed, the pillows were not comfortable so I would bring your own from home if you can and there was some sort of pad under the bottom sheet that would bunch up under you when you turned over in bed.

friendly staff, courteous, breakfast ran out too quickly for a weekend. Rooms were clean but nothing overly special. Vending machines were out of water all weekend long :(

We were there for a funeral on college graduation/ mothers day weekend. Personel was fantastic and extremely helpful. They do have a berevement rate so ask for it when you book. Breakfast is standard hotel fare but clean and all you could ask for. Under sad curcomstances, a very nice experience.
