Cuenta con una gran cantidad de ventanas. Tres dormitorios en planta alta y un baño completo. El baño tiene dos lavamanos y bañera / ducha combinada. El medio baño está abajo. Comedor fuera de la cocina. Lavadora secadora. Patio trasero en callejón. Dispositivos de vigilancia o grabación en la propiedad: cámaras de seguridad en el exterior de la casa que graban todo el exterior.

Our family of five (with three young kiddos) very much enjoyed this home. It’s beautifully decorated, spacious enough to spread out, and in an ideal location in the heart of Mt. Pleasant with easy access to both Charleston, Daniel Island, Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms.The owners are incredibly thoughtful and responsive and did a phenomenal job making us feel welcome and at home for an extended stay. Fantastic option for anyone visiting or vacationing near Charleston!

Ideal Location Between Charm and Coast

This spot was perfect for exploring both Mount Pleasant and downtown Charleston. A quick drive over the Ravenel Bridge to histocia Charleston for sightseeing, shopping and dining. We also took day trips to Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms - beautiful beaches and great local restaurants. The neighborhood was peaceful, with nearby grocery stores and walking distance to Shem Creek. We couldn't have asked for a better location.

Michelle's newly renovated townhouse was lovely in every way, from the decor, cleanliness, personal touches and best of all, the location - so easy to get everywhere - downtown Charleston, beaches, Shem Creek, Patriot's Point, and stores and restaurants. What a beautiful lil house, close to the city, and perfectly accommodating for my family of five. Location is convenient to everywhere and anything you'll need in the Mt Pleasant and Charleston areas. Newly renovated, comfortable and very tastefully done, this townhouse is priced fairly and has all the comforts of home which makes it the ideal place for your Coastal SC visit. Even nicer than the photos depict and owner is very communicative to make sure your stay is hassle-free.

Perfect Place

This townhouse was just what we needed for our long weekend in Charleston. It is comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed our afternoons in the shady backyard for happy hour 🍻. This property is a great location for visiting the city and Mt Pleasant. So close to Shem Creek and Patriot’s Point. We loved it.

We stayed for a girls weekend and this home was fab. Great spot...walking distance to food stores and Shem creek bars/restaurants and just a 10$ uber to downtown. Wonderful Home!

In Mt Pleasant for a wedding and found this cute townhouse. Beds were so comfortable, very nice linens & pillows. Well stocked kitchen- I loved that there were all the condiments, spices, paper plates , cups. Etc. My grandchildren had a safe little yard to play in- perfection all around!
