"Leí muy buenas reseñas en Expedia antes de reservar en el Hotel Alameda Centro Histórico, y la verdad es que superó mis expectativas. El servicio es de cinco estrellas: desde la recepción hasta el personal de limpieza, todos fueron increíblemente amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento.
Me ofrecieron opciones para mejorar mi estancia y siempre estuvieron pendientes de que me sintiera cómodo. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo frente a la Catedral, y la experiencia en general fue muy bonita. El ambiente, la atención y el detalle en el servicio realmente marcan la diferencia.
Definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería sin pensarlo."
