Room wasnt given as i had reserved and explained that i wanted. Customer Service was trash. Miss communication with Orbitz app and the hotel itself according to the hotel Employees and front desk reception.

It's an awesome comfortable place the only bad review is that the water temperature in the shower is hard to control! 4 out of 5 stars for me.

In this hotel Misión Catedral My expensive watch. And my pants were stolen. And they do not do anything about it! They dont care. And i Also saw some other people staying there complainig very upsed.

I regret not having met your requirements, the hotel being a 16th century house has some closed areas so that not all rooms have a window to the outside, I guarantee that all our guests are very important to us, so the means of reservation does not influence in any way for the allocation of rooms I am sorry that having caused that perception, I would appreciate a second chance to serve them.
