Nice rooms,kind people and located in very nice city area....only drwabacks is they didn't provide you with a coffe machine,no bottled water and bed matresses are hard,not comfortable...I've been in another hotels,half priced and better than this one and some even included breakfast.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were lovely. They were able to park our car and hold our bags when we arrived a few hours before check-in. The location is right near the main plaza and we were able to walk everywhere in the center easily. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the rooms are nice and spacious. The shower had very good water pressure and everything was clean. We appreciated the AC as well. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast at the restaurant in the morning.

It's good if you sleep like a rock!!

It was a good stay near the downtown area. There are a lot of places to see. It's clean they also have a restaurant. If you are a light sleeper this would not be a good fit you may hear the nightclub across the street all night. I didn't hear it buty mother-in-law and husband did!!!

The personal there lacks the sensitivity to accommodate people with mobility issues. No elevator and still don’t really offer help for seniors staying there. The junior suites are an issue, your bed is on an attic but the bathroom on the first floors. Very inconvenient place in many ways.

Staying here was the best decision! This was my first time visiting Morelia, and I wanted to stay close to the center. I’m so glad I chose this place. We booked the junior suite, and it was perfect. The room had a cozy little living room downstairs and the bed upstairs, which gave it a nice loft feel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. One thing that really stood out was that they cover the cost of parking nearby. At first, I was worried the parking would be far, but it was only about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Just bring your parking ticket to the front desk, they’ll staple a voucher to it, and that’s all you need to show the garage staff when you leave. Another bonus: there’s a Woolworth store right next door, kind of like a mini Target — where you can find anything you might need. The only downside, which applies to most hotels in the city center, is the street noise and activity that can go late into the night. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs. But overall, this place was a great find, and I’d definitely stay here again.
