"Petit Bonheur" (little happiness) has 25% off for monthly guests (31 night min) and now outfitted with brand new appliances, central A/C, new outdoor oasis deck, furniture and BBQ! It is one street off the main street of Monk and only 10 minutes walk to the Metro to take you anywhere in the city fast with downtown only a short 8 stops away. There are many restaurants on Monk Street very close, an IGA grocery store and Tim Hortons and Subway less than one block at Jolicoeur and Monk.
The space
Shower is brand new and state of the art with body jets and two shower heads at opposite sides for double showers. BBQ is brand new as are the appliances. House has been recently updated with a basement renovation including a second bathroom complete with shower downstairs. The apartment can sleep 8 adults now with the the new basement.
