My hotel room was very dirty. Bugs had boogers on the curtains. Had dead bugs on the window carpet with moldy shower was moldy. Shower heads were falling apart. We had to ask to switch rooms for embassy suites and paying that amount of money. I'm very disappointed

The parking was pricey- $25 a night. But that was the ONLY negative thing about this property. I’m going to an event in Montgomery next year and will definitely stay here again. The staff was fantastic. The daily breakfast was great; especially the omelet bar. Room was great. Clean and quiet.

TERRIBLE. Booked a king room but they refused to give us one. Stuck with a double bed. Room was worn down and sad. Staff acted like you were interrupting their party at the front desk.

Shower was dirty and mold/mildew growing on walls and corners. Parking is not assured. If the lot fills up (which it often does!!!), you have no secure, reserved place to park your vehicle.

My stay at embassy suites at Hilton was very disappointing. The room was dirty, the shower had a hair in it, and the over all environment felt unclean and unpleasant. To make matters worse the checkout process was inconvenient and frustrating. Definitely not a good experience and would not recommend

To charge as much as they do a night then things should be top notch, unfortunately it was not the tub paint peeling off crud of built up dirt in the corner of the tub on the floor, pulled by covers on the bed and hair was in the bed the room wasn’t dusted. Dust was all over the tv and tables. Was very disappointed in the Hilton and to have paid $25 to park my car in an open parking lot that anyone on the street could have gotten in to it. This hotel needs to change the look and the way they handle things at that location.
