I got a room and when I went to the room the AC unit was taken apart and left in the floor of the room , Then I have to take my stuff back to the lobby and I showed them the picture and no one said sorry or apologized for the inconvenience. I got a next room and it had a slight funny smell but it was to late for me to get another hotel so I stayed but not happy.

No pude dormir la primer noche, llegué tarde y cansado pero tienen aires acondicionados del año de la canica. Literal parecía tener un motor de camión de diésel encendido al lado mío toda la noche, no enfriaba suficiente y no tenía termostato así que tenía que estar encendido todo el tiempo. El hotel necesita mucho mantenimiento, tres botones en el ascensor no sirven así que no te puedes bajar en 3 pisos. Pedi cancelar la reserva (3 noches) para cambiarme de hotel y no aceptaron, me cambiaron de cuarto con un ac mejor pero igual la experiencia no fue grata. No lo recomiendo y no volveria

The staff was great, but the hotel is old and outdated. While the rooms were clean, the sheets and pillows seemed extremely worn from overuse. They should be replaced, and the rooms need some upgrades.
