Absolutely phenomenal "feel" to the property. Lobby, common areas, rooms all have charm. Friendly and rapidly helpful staff. Perfect location for Barrio Antiguo, Santa Lucia, rest of Centro. Clean. Comfortable. However, internet speed quite sporadic and toilet paper holder awkward (obviously a very minor quibble). Nevertheless, beyond impressive.

Recientemente me hospedé en Mina Suites y tuve una excelente experiencia. La habitación estaba muy limpia y bien cuidada, lo que hizo que mi estancia fuera muy cómoda. Una de las mejores cosas fue la ubicación: está a poca distancia a pie de varios restaurantes y cafeterías, así que encontrar dónde comer fue muy fácil. El personal fue amable y servicial. En general, fue una estancia agradable y sin inconvenientes. Sin duda, consideraría volver a hospedarme aquí.

Hay hoteles 4 estrellas a menor costo y mejores

No cumplió mis expectativas ya que la primer noche por un tema ajeno a ellos la colonia o lugar a la redonda se quedó sin luz, que no hayan contando con alguna planta de luz resulta crítico; amaneció y no pude cargar mis teléfonos. No contaban con TV por cable y los canales locales no funcionaban, se requiere mínimo una antena digital y no la tienen. La habitación que nos tocó literal está a un lado de la calle, la ventana debiera ser de vidrio templado para evitar pasar el sonido… hay una salón de fiestas y se escucha todo el ruido. En la cama al mover las almohadas encontramos insectos. Lo rescatable la zona de alberca. Me arrepiento tenía reservación en el crown plaza con la alberca techada que es 4 estrellas y $1000 pesos menos de lo que m costó, porque resulta que mi hijo no estaba considerado.

Recomendadisimo!

Las instalaciones son hermosas, es un lugar muy hogareño, el trato es muy amable, amigable e inmediato. Además está en una excelente ubicación ya que está muy cerca de museos y del paseo Santa Lucía. El camino justo atras del hotel conecta con parque fundidora. Lo recomiendo mucho.

J'ai réservé pour l'hotel Mina Suites Barrio antiguo. Hotel vide. Personne dans l'hotel. Pendent ce temps, le taxi attendais et tournais en rond car pour lui, et deux de ces collègue qu'il a appelé, l"hotel n'existait pas. Panique surtout dans un pays ou la sécurité n'est pas toujours assurée, il fassait sombre. Je réussi a contacter l'hôtel aux frais faramineux d'un appel avec mon téléphone français. Nous arrivons et l'hôtelier m'indique vaguement (heureusement que j'ai parle espagnol), qu'il sont deux hotels, qu'ils ont décidé de me changer à celui-ci et pas pour lequel j'avais réservé, qu'expedia n'a pas voulu m'informer. Bref. Je paye 3500 pesos mexicain au lieux de 3300 et quelque. Ils me dissent qu'ils me rendront le changé. Je n'ai jamais recu. Après avoir quité l'hôtel, ils me réclament une clé d'une chambré qui n'était pas la mienne. Des échanges par SMS au prix encore important. Malgré la qualité de l'hôtel c'est le deuxième séjour le plus horrible de mon expérience avec expedia. Je le classerai en 1er suivi de mon séjour il y a quelques années à Bogota ou j'ai pas pu dormir les deux nuits passés. Mais au moins je n'ai pas eu la peur de l'insécurité.
