Bramble is part of Woodland Hollow, a small cluster of homes on this quiet private cul-de-sac that we host and manage ourselves to provide a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for guests. Located directly across from the walking and biking paths around Como Lake, Bramble is minutes from Como Park Zoo & Conservatory, Minnesota State Fairgrounds, and beautiful Como Regional Park. You'll also have convenient access to Allianz Field, the University of Minnesota, Regions Hospital, and both Downtown Saint Paul and Downtown Minneapolis.

The apartment comfortably hosts up to 4 guests, with optional rentable airbeds available for up to 2 additional guests if needed. This location is especially convenient for travel nurses, visiting medical professionals, graduate students, and others coming to the Twin Cities for work, school, or extended stays.

Nice property in a calm area! There is a train that runs by but it’s quiet and we didn’t mind at all. While we were there outside temps reached 90 degrees while inside there were multiple window units- our group in the bedroom without was pretty miserable. It said the inside temp was 76-77 most of our stay! Otherwise nice rental!

This is a very old house with some issues that affected our stay. The laundry facility was a bit difficult to access (steep cellar stairs, very unfinished cellar). The tub/shower drain was very slow. The tub faucet was barely attached to the wall. The king bed collapsed the first night and my daughter had to drag the king mattress to the floor to sleep. It was repaired the next day. The silverware was extremely cheap. The refrigerator/freezer didn't have a functioning ice maker, which wasn't a big deal, but the shelves collapsed when the freezer door was closed. There is a light from the wall socket in one of the bedrooms that evidently serviced the door locks and flashed at night. The trash bins were very difficult to find; we got no direction until we let the staff know that we couldn't find them to put them out for collection. The notice to put them out came late in the day when we were out, so that was inconvenient.I feel we were charged more than a reasonable amount for the issues we encountered. The living room only seated 2 comfortably and there was no dining table at all, just a shelf in the kitchen.We were busy with family so did not spend a lot of time in the house, so it worked out, but I was quite disappointed with the experience.
