The only complaint I have is that you have to pay for parking. As far as I can tell, there is no security provided, the parking lot is an open one in what appears to be a suburban environment with no other businesses close by. I have trouble understanding why payment for parking would be required. It's not like they have to prevent non-guests from parking there or as if they provide security for your car.
