This property is a shambles. Arrived and it just looked like a mess all around. Parked the car and went to check in. There was a hearse and a police car in the parking lot. As I got to the door, an ambulance stretcher with a blanket covered body was pushed passed me. A police officer followed just after. I checked in and was given a room. They give you a regular key to use to get into the security door before going up to the room. That door was messed up and it took a couple minutes of jiggling to get it to work each time we had to use it. The first room looked OK, but smelled so bad. I went back and got switched to another room. The room was OK, but really old, musty, and you could hear EVERYTHING going on upstairs, downstairs, outside and in other rooms. Around midnight we finally called the front desk and asked them to tell whoever was making all the noise to be quiet. After checking the rooms, they realized it was some drunks downstairs in the parking lot. It finally got quiet enough, and we slept. There was no maid service. There wasn't a sign for do not disturb or needs maid service. The halls, front desk, walls, windows, doors... everything was old, decayed in areas, and falling apart. All kinds of characters were coming in and out of the motel and milling around outside. It wasn't safe after dark to take my wife or daughter out anywhere. The only upside to this place was the kind man working the front desk. He helped make it bearable.

It was ok. Most of the staff were gracious and nice.

The property is run down, dirty, and needs updating in a major way. The bathroom was ok, but the electrical socket was filthy with dirt, the walls apparently had seen some damage but the patch work/ repaint was poorly done, the hallways are unappealing, window sills in the stairway to our room were flirt, carpet was old and worn. The front counter was not impressive - old, run down and needs updating. It set the tone for the facility. Finally we wanted two beds, we got a bed and a pull out sofa which would be fine, but there were no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed. Not worth the $155 total for this one night. The staff was nice, but the facility has got to be updated. Would NOT recommend this place at this price.

The customer service was great but the place was run down and that seemed to invite some shady characters to hang out in the parking lot at all hours of the night.

I was so scared when I pulled up I canceled immediately!!!!

Liked the pool, jacuzzi and shower and sauna facilities, and having it available long hours. Also laundry facilities. It would have been nice to have breakfast available.

We were totally uncomfortable with the people clustered outside of the hotel. Not to mention the sign on the front door of No guns/weapons on premisis. We wouldn't even get out of the car. I pulled to the back and called to cancel the reservation. They did cancel without question, which I appreciated.

The room was clean and pretty quiet so for the price it was good. The hallways probably need some cleaning or to replace the carpet.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the hallway was dirty and carpet was stained and dirty. The parking lot was being repaved.

It was ok, they don't have continental breakfast and the smoke smell is horrible you can still smell it in the non smoking rooms.

I liked it was quiet. I didn't like that the restaurant was closed.

Safety issues. I didn't feel safe in that neighborhood.
