Staff was very helpful and kind and the hotel was beautiful

Cleanliness

The hotel was very quiet and clean. The location is great, walkable to xcel energy center and so many bars and restaurants. However, the "Valet-only" parking policy is a joke! We waited over 40 minutes, lined up in the street to get to the front door for valet to take our car and get checked into the hotel and in the morning at 10-11am it was taking over an hour to get your car back so you could leave!

The only parking is valet which is an extra charge. When you pay $235 for a one night stay and then another $31 for valet parking which is the only option is pretty pricey and inconvenient. A bottle of water costs $4--I can buy a whole case for that.

Cleanliness and friendly

Staff was excellent Mass shooting next door? Not so much.

No parking

Close to the excel energy center and many restaurant

Very nice location to walk to some fun places to eat and drink!

I like the lobby and the rooms and pool and workout room and the fact i can walk down the street to lots of places to eat and drink a cocktail its great

.This hotel eas clean and cinbenient to getting to the airport. Staff were friendly and professional. We would definiteky stsy here again when traveling!

Although dog friendly, there wasn’t a designated place to take our pup out to use the bathroom. Unfortunately, couldn’t use any amenities due to COVID, which we understood. However, they wouldn’t provide non-paper dishes in a wet bar room (I.e. glass cups). Staff was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was full of variety and appreciated. Would recommend if needing to be local to things in the neighborhood there.

Check-in was easy and everyone was friendly and accommodating.

If you are attending an event at Xcel Center this is the place to stay. Valet service seems like a steep cost but compared to overnight parking in a ramp it's not bad. The staff was outstanding.

No bags in our garbage, cleaning bottle left on TV stand. When we woke up we found someone else dirty socks in the bed. I emailed a complaint that stated I would receive feedback within 48 hours and no response.

The hotel is located right by the Excell center and by some great bars!
