Valet parking was not the best, the gentleman were very friendly but they left my car unlocked both nights, had my phone not alerted me my car was unlocked it would have been open all night

Cleanliness
The hotel was very quiet and clean. The location is great, walkable to xcel energy center and so many bars and restaurants. However, the "Valet-only" parking policy is a joke! We waited over 40 minutes, lined up in the street to get to the front door for valet to take our car and get checked into the hotel and in the morning at 10-11am it was taking over an hour to get your car back so you could leave!
The only parking is valet which is an extra charge. When you pay $235 for a one night stay and then another $31 for valet parking which is the only option is pretty pricey and inconvenient. A bottle of water costs $4--I can buy a whole case for that.
