We were there for less then 24hrs and were totally disappointed at all angles. First the check in staff could care less if you stayed there or not. The rooms are nothing special, outdated with paint and makeup to make it look better. The beds make noise and wake you up every time you move. Alarms were going off in the rooms stating there has been an emergency reported, and no follow up was given. They booked weddings and didn't have the staff to cover it. They shut the bar area down saying they didnt want to deal with the wedding party when they returned. At all turns this was the worst experience I've had at a hotel11

I like the hotel and it’s location, Nice walk to Mears Park and supper at Handsome Hog was good.

After a long day away from our room we came back to housekeeping not cleaning our room. When we called they sent someone up who worked on the bathroom for less than five minutes forgot towels and when they FINALLY told us they were finished did not provide soap or shampoo. After an hour wait for shampoo the person arrived with a toothbrush, tooth paste and two packets of plastic spoon and napkin for our coffee maker. So we slept in a sirty bed and washed our hair with a bar of soap with cold water. One positive their shuttle service was superior!!

None to add - Somewhat pointless to do a survey if you are going to require someone to write a min number of letters.

Dirty sock left in room from customer before. Sfaff very friendly. Issue with finding reservation at check in.

Loved the location of the property and it was close to everything we needed!

The room was small however it was quite there is an honors protest foundout about when we left I think they had free breakfast

Close to restaurants, Xcel energy. Staff was very friendly and on-site parking was great. For the room rate paid the room itself was run down. There were water marks on the ceiling, carpet was old and dirty, and the bathroom was tiny.

Nice hotel perfect location friendly staff great restaurant

Perfect location. Friendly staff. Great service. Very accomdating.

The fan in the bathroom needed to be cleaned and the toilet ran. I could not get the WiFi to work.

Nice staff, great location, and a shuttle. Came and got us after the wild game and brought us back to the hotel - was there waiting for us.

Woman at the front desk was very unpleasant upon check in. She did not welcome me or explain how to get to the room or the parking garage. Also had a small fee to pay upon arrival that she didn't explain unless I asked her. The bar inside the hotel was nice much nicer staff. Room was clean as was the hotel. Quite and within in walking distance of all the places I went.

My wife and I spent a night to "get away." We knew it was mostly expensive b/c it was downtown but we expected a little bit more. Bathroom was small and cramped. Bathtub didn't work correctly and when we called the desk they said they would have the "room engineer" call us back but that never happened. It was clean, good location (middle of downtown and skyway connected...). Just felt like a ho hum room...

Overall great stay at Doubletree St Paul. Convenient location to our venue.
