I love this hotel. The rooms are huge. The ceiling is at least fifteen feet tall. And the breakfast is great.
Beautiful property! We will definitely stay here again. The architecture is wonderful.
I thought the hotel was super clean and very nice. Minus 1 star for the hassle of parking. They advertise as secure parking with In and out privileges...they don't tell you that you have to call a phone number every time you want to go into the garage to park so someone can open the parking garage door for you. They also didn't explain that to us during check in, so like idiots we were calling them asking what to do. They also didn't mention where to park so it would be closest to the hotel elevators. We had to call and ask about that too. There were 3 different elevators in the parking garage and the ones to the hotel were tucked to a side that we did not see, nor were there any signs pointing to it. Oh, and I forgot to mention, anytime you needed to get back down to the basement to use your vehicle to leave, you had to get a staff member with access to get you to the basement. Just a very frustrating ordeal. I'll definitely never stay here again. No matter how clean and nice the rooms were, the parking alone is enough to deter me from ever staying at this hotel again. The staff also didn't explain breakfast times and how it worked. Just had to figure it out on my own. I also overlooked the fact that these hotel rooms don't have microwaves in the rooms.
Room was great and modern! It was clean and nice. Would definitely stay again!
It was very difficult to find the hotel, as the front of the building says Custom home and up high where you aren't looking as you drive downtown was the Hyatt sign. Thank goodness for a friendly staff member that got me there safely. All staff were very pleasant and the room was great.
Classy, spacious and unbelievable value.
The hotel was amazing as usual. We had an Issue with our keycard pad on our door not working properly and the front desk staff worked on fixing it right away.

Loved everything about the place i would recommend everyone to stay there
The room was awesome and way above my expectation, the staff was amazing!!! made you feel welcome to the Hyatt Place, can’t wait to book again...
The rooms were the most spacious of any hotel I've stayed in. Hard to judge other aspects as COVID limited a lot of the other services and amenities.
Great staff, great location, great room. Would stay here again
The rooms are enormous and well designed. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is plentiful with healthy options.
The rooms were HUGE. 30 foot ceilings with drapes that went all the way to the top. Lots of space, very nice design. Really couldn't be happier.
