The room was awesome and way above my expectation, the staff was amazing!!! made you feel welcome to the Hyatt Place, can’t wait to book again...
The rooms were the most spacious of any hotel I've stayed in. Hard to judge other aspects as COVID limited a lot of the other services and amenities.
Great staff, great location, great room. Would stay here again
The rooms are enormous and well designed. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is plentiful with healthy options.
The rooms were HUGE. 30 foot ceilings with drapes that went all the way to the top. Lots of space, very nice design. Really couldn't be happier.
Liked close to Xcel center for concert but they didn't bring us Kleenex when we called and asked for it !
Rooms are awesome and the character of the building is very unique.
Our room was spacious and bathroom very modern and clean. The breakfast was very nice and the breakfast room has large windows and comfortable seating. The staff was friendly and helpful. The valet parking was very convenient.
The amenities and staff were wonderful. The room was very nice. The showers took a bit of time to warm up and got cold in the middle. But I’d definitely stay here again.
No restaurant no good bar all others things are good
The hotel was built in an old post office and maintains a lot of the older architecture and decor. Loved the high ceilings in the room and old windows. It would have been even better to be on the side of the hotel that faced the river, but the city view was nice. We enjoyed our night away.
Very friendly and helpful. Hard to locate and get to. But once you get there it is an excellent place to stay
Conveniently located in sleepy downtown St. Paul. Only public parking garages nearby. Otherwise you have to valet ($22 per night). Hotel is in a previous post office building. Half is private residences. Ceilings of rooms are unusually high. Pretty cool. Bar, bfast and restroom in lobby. Housekeeping forgot to put coffee in my room the next morning. Also no vending machines on the floors.
Everything is awesome here rooms are amazing with high ceilings overlooking downtown. Only complaint is the pillows are the worst I’ve ever slept on so bring your own! Definitely will be back though.
