We recently rented the party room adjacent to the pool for our family holiday gathering, and the setup was perfect for families with kids, allowing easy access to the pool. There was a small mix-up with our block of rooms, but the staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation and accommodate us. I can’t emphasize enough how exceptional the staff was in handling the issue - it truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to host a family event.

Staff was great, the new restaurant had very good food and the room was wonderful. We got one with the soaking tub as well as a shower. It was AWESOME. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice stay! Only thing that was annoying, we were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub and there were lots of kids in it, splashing, etc. the blowers were a bit aggressive.

The exercise room is on the second floor. Our room was right below it. There was constant pounding whenever anyone used the treadmill. At first we thought the noise was related to remodeling/construction happening in and around the hotel. Then the loud thumps that shook the room started. When we went to investigate, we found that the exercise room was on the second floor (right above our room). Someone was using the treadmill, and some others were dropping weights on the floor. We met another family in the hall who were also trying to figure out what was going on. The noise was really disturbing. My husband said he wouldn't be able to sleep there another night. We went to the desk to see if we could be moved to a different room. At first the person wasn't very helpful - hadn't heard any other complaints, no other rooms available. I said that we would just check out early then. She wouldn't be able to do that because we paid through a 3rd-party. I said we would leave and I'd follow up with hotels.com. Then she got a little nicer, and found a room that she would be able to move us to. It wasn't ready yet, so we needed to take all of our stuff out of our room and keep it in our car. Then she turned kind of unpleasant again. I would not stay here again, and would not recommend this hotels to others. Most things were fine, but the 2nd floor exercise room and the poor service outweighed any positive aspects of the stay.

The room had wallpaper falling off the wall. Bathroom floors were sticky. I will say that there was a sign up that they were doing some sort of updates and I would HOPE they would include updating rooms.
