The heating system did not work properly, the room was either too hot or cold. The surge protector that the mini fridge and tv was plugged into was broken, not allowing the tv or fridge to work.

The bed was too hard. Neither of us was able to sleep. We left around 7:00 am to head home to get some sleep.The room was so hot that we had to run the A/C all night. The night staff was very courteous.

The entire facility was clean and inviting. Room was clean, but lacked sufficient lighting. Breakfast was fresh with sufficient options. Overall our experience was good and we would recommend staying at this motel.

The mattress was comfortable, location good, front staff efficient and courteous. The pillows are terrible - soft and shapeless or hard and unforgiving. Several of the bath towels were yellow stained. The bathroom floor had black buildup of something that was at least six inches deep to the baseboards. The shower leaked - not from the shower curtain but from the floor and water ran all across the floor. The toilet wouldn't stop running after being flushed. We had to take the tank lid off each time and guide the float so it would not continuously run. When you sat on the toilet, the whole thing moved; the shim they tried to use to level it was not effective. There were multiple patches in the walls that were unpainted so obvious. I am extremely surprised they rented this room in this condition as the remainder of the hotel did not seem in disrepair. The breakfast was no less than nasty - old, dried out bread products, scrambled eggs in cubes that disintegrated when trying to get on the fork, limited beverages. We left and purchased breakfast elsewhere.
